Meet Kelsey Goldstein
BS, MS, CLC
Certified Breastfeeding Counselor
Hi breastfriends!
My name is Kelsey! I’m a wife, mother, a problem-solver, and a Certified Lactation Counselor.
I became passionate about helping mothers solve their breastfeeding issues after experiencing challenges with my first baby (and then fortunately experienced success after the birth of my second baby!). Having felt alone in my breastfeeding care during my first journey (during the pandemic and so far away from home), I was able to identify the gaps in care for both a mother’s body, and a mother’s mind. It wasn't until after I had my second baby, just 15 months later, that I realized just how much our community needs expert lactation support.
Thankfully, because I’m a problem-solver and peace-maker at heart, I was able to see myself making a difference in how families experienced their own journeys. Little did I know that my undergraduate degree in criminal justice would help me hone my investigative skills when it came to helping others fix nursing. Little did I realize that my master’s in problem-solving would help me help moms come to terms with their current birth and breastfeeding outcomes in ways that are empowering to them!
I look forward to getting to know you and your little one!
