Invest in Your Baby!

Families who seek our care invest themselves emotionally in their and their baby’s health outcomes.

They reach out for expert support, follow our recommendations, and arrive at their potential and goals. In the end, our consults can save families time, money and make those first few days a lot more predictable.
Picture

While our goal is to help families arrive at excellent outcomes in the fewest appointments necessary, some issues do require multiple visits. Thankfully private-insurance companies will generally offer up to 6 visits, but because we know that many insurance companies don’t cover lactation support at all, we now offer packages that will save private-paying clients money!

New! Planned Care Packages
(Limited packages available per month for the entire practice)

6 Office Visits for
$750* ($225 savings)
*paid upfront by 1st consult

90 min initial visits
60 min follow-up visits

All consults include an oral and overall structural assessment, weighted feed, weight vigilance, and, corrective support.

Appointments can be used as frequently as necessary or at suggested milestones:

Week 1: engorgement/milk transition, latching/positioning/pumping, supply-setting,
Week 2: return-to-birthweight; latch adjustments,
Week 3: growth spurt/cluster feeding support

Remaining visits: use as needed for clinical issues (sore nipples, breast infections, gassy baby, infant reflux, etc.)

As-needed visits past what is included in planned care package can be paid at the per-consult rate (below), or in packages of 3 at planned care rate above.

Office Visit (per consult)

90 min initial visits
60 min follow-up visits

$200* initial
$175 first follow-up (if needed)
$150 3rd+ consult

If available, clients can decide to switch to Planned Care through 3rd visit. Costs will be adjusted.

If covered by insurance (please use the link below to check for coverage), a $25 admin fee will apply at the time of your consult.

Housecalls

Home-visits are not currently available because our clinic is busy.

We can give you a claim form to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if needed.

SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULT
Please take 5 min to read this *before* scheduling as it has important info on what/who to bring, how to prepare, where to park, etc.
VERIFY INSURANCE

IMPORTANT:

f you have insurance, please verify coverage via the button above prior to returning to our website and scheduling an appointment. If you see us before having insurance approved, you agree to private-pay your consult at the time of service. Cancelled and no-call/no-show appointments will be charged a $50 fee. No-call/no-show includes us calling you and you cancelling (even for non—emergency medical reasons) when we notice that you haven’t arrived at your appointment.

If you need to be seen before you have an answer about insurance coverage, you can self-pay your initial consult and have follow-up appointments covered, if approved.

PRO-TIP:
If your issue is super time-sensitive, make sure you choose “emergent” when requesting insurance approval in the TLN link above.

Illness:
If you or anyone in your household is sick, we greatly appreciate you rescheduling until everyone at home is well.
