What to expect:
After clicking on “Request Video-Upload Link” You will be asked to pick a time on a calendar. Pick any time for the purpose of proceeding to engage Laura. She will respond to you from the time you requested the pre-recorded video-assessment, not the time you picked on the calendar.
Pick any time in order to engage the client-portal invite system, which will then email you access to basic consent forms and a place in which to upload a pre-recorded video of the issue you need support with.
The videos will be received immediately, assessed, and replied to within 6 hours.
Expect a reply as a secure message via our patient portal, or directly to you by text.
