What is relationship-based lactation consulting?
“Relationship-based lactation consulting” isn’t a big fancy credential or accredited style. It’s just simply how The Breastfeeding House practices. It’s what I personally didn’t have when I needed it most, and it’s what clients tell us they needed.
While many clients don’t need us for more than a consult, all of our clients know that we are there for them—to listen, to understand their family’s routines, and to help solve their concerns about how their baby is feeding.
We believe that parents are the experts on their babies, and that our role is simply to alongside them, helping them piece together and recognize what they already know and feel.”
